Overview:
Takin.solutions supported Getty Digital in documenting the Linked.Art data model for cultural heritage collections. The project applied the Semantic Reference Data Modelling (SRDM) method to map and record how Linked.Art’s abstract models are used in practice, including the relationships between source data fields and semantic entities.
Scope of Work:
- Conducted semantic documentation of Linked.Art models for Getty collections
- Applied the SRDM methodology to create structured, reusable semantic representations
- Implemented and maintained documentation using the Zellij platform, providing clear, modular guidance for developers and curators
- Produced documentation that supports ongoing data governance, model reuse, and future project extensions
